Noeline Cuker - Brown Harris Stevens
New York City Real Estate
Specializing in downtown and Greenwich Village
Elliot Cuker, founder of Cooper Classics has been considered by the community as a pioneer in the West Village. He has lived there since the 1960's and started his business in 1976 where it still exists today at 137 and 132 Perry Street. He was fortunate enough to invest in real estate in the 1970's and as a result is familiar with each building and development project in the area. His wife, Noeline Cuker is now a salesperson for Brown Harris Stevens and in her first year as a result of her sales in the West Village was nominated by them as rookie of the year. Let her bring her extensive knowledge and personable approach to find you exactly what you are looking for, whether it be a condo, co-op, townhouse purchases, sale or rental.
Noeline was born in County Mayo Ireland and immigrated to the United States in the 1980's. She loves cars and as a result has worked in many capacities for Cooper Classics. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Pace University and has two wonderful kids, a boy (14) and a girl (12) both attending Avenues World School in the Chelsea area of New York City.
"Hi, I'm Noeline. I have combined my knowledge of design, construction and love of architecture and I have now become a salesperson for Brown Harris Stevens, an exclusive affiliate of Christies International Real Estate. Please call me for any thoughts, or questions or interests that you may have regarding real estate in downtown or Greenwich Village. I can also help you with any other property that you may be interested in selling, purchasing or renting in New York City or the Hamptons, where both Elliot and I have a home, in Watermill."
