Cooper Classics is pleased to offer this 1988 Porsche 911 Commemorative Edition, which was released to celebrate the 250,000 911 Built. This G50 911 is highly original and as new inside and out. Showing 58,000 Original Miles with a clean Carfax, this 911 is close to indistinguishable from new. Of the only 300 of that were delivered to the United States, this car is one of a mere handful that were special ordered for the Canadian Market by a truly discerning enthusiast. This 911 is presented in extremely rare Diamond Blue Metallic over Supple Blue Leather interior. The front and rear seats proudly display the signature of Porsche founder Ferdinand Porsche, exactly the way this car left the factory, and is the only 911 model we know of with this special treatment on the seats. A plaque on the glovebox lid indicates that this 911 is one of a very limited series. Only 120 Of these extremely special 911s were delivered to North America, making this an extremely rare 911. The COA confirms that this investment grade 911 is exactly the way it left the factory, and retains its matching numbers engine and transmission. Adding to this particular 911s desirability is a list of options such as a factory short shift, cruise control, supple leather, etc. Paint meter readings indicate that the majority of the paint on this 911 is original, and it appears overall as it just left the showroom, benefitting from a recent detailing. This 911 retains a full servicing history from day one, with a fully stamped Porsche service booklet, and further serving through present day. The A/C blows ice cold and the updated Porsche CDR-220 Radio works as it should. This excellent 911 would make a worthy addition to any Porsche collectors garage.
