Presented here is a lovely 1969 Mercedes-Benz 280 SL in 'Blue' with a blue vinyl interior. This example is a matching numbers 35,085 original documented mile California car. The car has excellent floors and very straight bodywork with good gaps. The factory spot welds and headlight notches are still intact and all of the chrome is original. Mechanically the car is very solid and original. The car's interior is original and presents beautifully and is fitted with the dealer installed Frigiking A/C. The car appears to have had some sections that were painted at some point, but everything on the car looks uniform and cohesive. The first owner was a man who lived in California and who owned the car for over 30 years and kept great records. The car is believed to have had two owners.
