This 280SE 3.5 Cabriolet is in its factory original color combination of Beige Grey Metallic ( DB 728) with a Chocolate Brown Interior and Chocolate Brown Top. The car once was owned by the renowned financier Henry Kravis. He sold the car to a prominent New York City doctor who diligently maintained the car, and drove it every summer for the past eight years. When we purchased the car we found it to be in excellent original condition, and even though it was still in its factory original color of Beige Grey Metallic it had been repainted several years ago and it was not up to Cooper Classics standards. We sent the car out and had it completely stripped and professionally repainted. The paint is beautiful and the rest of the car is in excellent original cosmetic condition including the leather interior, carpeting, and chrome. Mechanically this is one of the finest 3.5 Cabriolets we have driven, and it has always been properly serviced and maintained.
