The service records cover the last 35 years where car appeared to be owned by a single family up until 15 years ago when the last owner took possession of the vehicle, making this a three owner car. The car very is nicely optioned with a wood wheel, Blaupunkt Frankfort am/fm/sw with an ipod adapter, Factory Sunroof, and twin horns-electric and air. The factory clock has been removed and refitted with a period correct VDO oil pressure gauge (the original clock is included in the sale).
The last owner of the vehicle took extremely good care of the vehicle. During this time the car received, new shocks, kingpins, tires, brakes, clutch, starter, a rebuilt distributor, re built carbs, and had the oil change done every 3000km. Before this the car was in California where it was serviced by the late 356 Maestro, Harry Pellow.
This is an extremely original car with some minor paint work through the years and additional interior renovations. The chassis is very solid and the car presents itself very well, totally original floors and a completely unadulterated battery box. The engine is left in its original state.
