This 1961 Jaguar XKE 3.8 Series I Roadster with Side Latches is the 231st XKE ever produced. The car is gun metal grey with black leather interior and a black stayfast canvas top. It is a matching numbers car. This car was a nut and bolt restoration taken completely apart, and has only 486 miles since restoration. We have an album with photos and complete documentation. It was owned by Jack Bryan in Texas who is an Engineer and President of Bryan Design Works. His company has developed the finest 5 Speed transmission designed specifically for the Series I XKE. This car was fitted with the DW5 transmission; however, it is sold with an original Jaguar 4-speed which comes in a box. This car is quite possibly the finest XKE that I have driven.

We feel this is one of the finest XKE Jaguars in the world.
