1954 Chevrolet 3100 5-window Pick up

30,000 Original Miles * 4-Speed Automatic

We welcome any questions on this vehicle

With the low original mileage of 30,526, and the desirable 5-window Deluxe Cab, this stunning example certainly warrants close attention.

This truck comes equipped with the very rare factory-installed automatic “Hydra-matic” four speed transmission. The transmission seals have been replaced and the 235  “Thriftmaster” engine  runs and drives flawlessly.

Adding to the rarity of this 3100 is the optional stainless steel window and windshield trim.

The truck was owned until 1975 by a minister of the First Baptist Church in Greenville, SC, who used it to run errands for his church, which accounts for the exceptionally low mileage of 19,000 miles when he sold it.

The next owner meticulously researched and executed a complete three year body-off restoration. This involved disassembling the entire truck, while using as many of the original parts as possible. This was made easier by the fact that the truck has never suffered any body damage or rust. It was painstakingly painted in the correct, original color of Juniper Green.

With very few minor exceptions, the truck is completely original. The seat cover, door covers and headliner have been replaced. The oak bed was originally painted black. This was replaced with carefully hand selected oak and was varnished to give it a more attractive, natural finish.. The wiring is original and as new.

Included with the pickup are the original jack, handle and chock block.
